How it works

1. Contact Us

Complete our online form or contact us! After you fill out our form, we will email you to ask a few simple questions about your requirements and then send you a quote based on your products and specific needs.

2. Ship Your Products

If you are local, please schedule an appointment to drop off your products at our studio located in Chelsea, Michigan. If you prefer to ship your products, ensure they arrive at least one week before the shoot date. Include a return label or indicate how you would like the items handled after the shoot. Once your products are received, you will be notified of their arrival.

3. The Shoot

We will capture your photos and style based on your specifications and the mood boards provided. If we require any further clarification about your needs, we will email you before the shoot.

4. Editing

After the shoot, we will begin processing and editing the images. They will be color-balanced and edited according to your specifications. Any necessary retouching, clipping paths, and other adjustments will be done at this stage.

5. Image Delivery

After the shoot and editing are complete, we will send you a Gallery link containing your web-optimized JPEGs and high-resolution (print) images. Please allow two weeks for the delivery after the shoot concludes.

6. Product Return

If you need your items returned, we can help arrange the return of the products. Please provide a return label when sending your items, or shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

FAQ

  • Simply contact us via our from or shoot us an email to discuss the scope of your project.

  • Images will be delivered through a private gallery, and we will email you the download links. This allows you to download the files onto multiple computers and share the link with your designers or web team. Please note that we store the files for one month.

  • If you need to return your items, we can assist with arranging the return. Please include a return label when sending your products, or shipping costs will be added to your invoice.

  • We photograph a wide variety of products without limits. If you’re unsure about what to send us, feel free to reach out via email!

  • Our "Ship and Shoot" rates apply to tabletop photography. Generally, if you can ship it and it fits comfortably on a table, we can photograph it. However, there may be exceptions, so please reach out to us using our contact form if you have any questions. For particularly large items or those made on-site, it may be easier for us to come to you. We would be happy to discuss this option and provide a quote.

  • We offer a wide range of retouching services, including simple spot touching, dust removal, color adjustments, and complex image compositions. Please let us know when you reach out if your project requires extensive edits!

  • Our studio provides a range of additional props to help create the perfect scene, along with styling services to enhance your product presentation and assist in building the set. We offer various props to customize the look and feel of your shoot.

    We also provide a shopping service to source additional items, such as fresh produce or florals, to complement your setup.
