Photography Services

Finding the right photographer for your business should not feel like a guessing game. At Fieldstone Creative, we collaborate with brands to create refined, story-driven imagery that reflects your work and resonates with your audience. With over a decade of experience behind the lens, we bring a thoughtful blend of skill, strategy, and care to every project, so you can stay focused on your craft while we help you share it. Our in-house commercial photography services mean quicker turnarounds, fewer delays, and a process that stays efficient, collaborative, and stress-free so your brand always looks its best, right on schedule.

  • We specialize in brand, lifestyle, hospitality, food, product, portrait, and commercial photography, including branded product and commercial content for businesses of all sizes. From styled shoots to simple e-commerce images, we tailor each session to your brand's needs.

  • We typically shoot on location at your business or a site of your choice. We also offer a Ship and Shoot option. Just send us your products, and we'll handle the rest here in our studio.

  • We work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure every project gets the attention it deserves. We recommend reaching out at least two to four weeks in advance for standard projects, and further ahead for larger productions that require prop sourcing, location scouting, or multi day shoots. Honestly, the sooner the better.

We are a highly organized studio and we ask that our clients come prepared as well. That means having a general idea of your needs, a shot list in progress, and a realistic timeline before we get started. The more prepared you are coming in, the smoother and more successful your project will be. We are here to guide the process, but the best results always come from a true collaboration between a prepared client and a prepared team.

  • Your photos will be delivered in a private online gallery, ready to download in both high-res and web-ready formats.

  • Once you request a booking date, we'll send over a contract outlining the details. To secure your session, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. If you're on a monthly subscription plan, your session fee will be included in your recurring invoice with no separate payment needed.

  • Yes, and we cannot stress this enough. A clear, organized shot list is one of the most important parts of a successful shoot. Before any project begins, we work from a signed contract and a confirmed shot list so that every image has a purpose and nothing gets missed on shoot day.

A shot list helps us plan your setup, allocate time properly, source the right props, and make the most of every hour we have together. Without one, shoots can run long, feel scattered, or miss key assets your team needs.

You do not need to have everything perfectly mapped out on your own. We are happy to help you build your shot list during the planning process. But having a general idea of what you need, how many images, what settings or backgrounds, and how the photos will be used, makes a real difference in the final product.

The more prepared you are going in, the better your images will be coming out.

  • Your session includes a print and digital usage license that allows you to use the images in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement.

  • All final images include basic editing. Advanced retouching such as removing objects, skin correction, or background swaps can be quoted separately.

  • All retainers are non-refundable. Each client receives one complimentary reschedule for illness, emergency, or severe weather. Additional reschedules after that incur a $100 fee per occurrence.

  • If your session needs to be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or storms, we'll work together to find a new date close to your original booking. Each client is allowed one free reschedule for weather, illness, or emergency. After that, additional reschedules will incur a $100 fee per change. Please note that all retainers are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellations, reschedules, or missed sessions.

  • Final edited images will be delivered within two to three weeks of your session date, depending on the scope of the project.

  • Standard sessions include a license for website, organic social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and printed marketing materials. Usage beyond that, such as product packaging, labels, national advertising campaigns, or third-party licensing, requires a separate licensing agreement. Just ask and we can work something out.

  • Yes. Prop sourcing, set styling, and production support are all available in house. If you want us to handle it, we will. From sourcing the right props and ingredients to styling your set and curating the overall scene, we take care of the details so you do not have to.

This is especially helpful for brands that want a polished, editorial look without the stress of coordinating everything themselves. Just let us know during the planning process and we will build it into your production plan and quote accordingly.

The more we know about your brand, your aesthetic, and your vision upfront, the better we can source and style in a way that feels true to you.

  • Yes, rush delivery is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Standard turnaround is two to three weeks depending on the project.

  • We believe in honest, authentic visual storytelling. Every image we deliver is created by a real photographer, shot with intention, styled with care, and edited by hand. That will never change.

We do use AI assisted tools as part of our editing workflow for things like color correction, light retouching, and background cleanup. Think of it the way a darkroom photographer once used dodging and burning. It is a tool in service of the craft, not a replacement for it. Every final image is reviewed, curated, and approved by Emma before it ever leaves our studio.

What we will never do is use AI to fabricate, misrepresent, or manufacture imagery that does not reflect your actual products, spaces, or brand. Our work is rooted in truth and we intend to keep it that way.

We also ask that clients respect the integrity of the work on their end. Delivered images may not be uploaded into AI generation tools, used for dataset training, or manipulated through generative systems without written permission. This protects the value of what we create together.

In a world increasingly flooded with artificial content, we think there is something powerful about images that are genuinely made. That is what we offer, and that is what we are proud of.

  • Yes. While we are based in Chelsea, Michigan, we are available for on location shoots and select travel projects. We work with brands locally and nationally. Whether you ship your products to us, or we travel to you, we are set up to support businesses wherever they are. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and project scope. Reach out and we can discuss what works for your needs.
